Gilbert Moreno, M.S., P.E.
Clinical Professor, Engineering Education & Leadership, Specialty in Industrial and Systems Engineering
Gilbert Moreno is the Lead Strategist and Consultant for Prestige Consulting Services. Mr. Moreno has primary responsibilities for assisting clients in effectively managing organizational change. He has extensive experience in delivering effective and practical solutions including strategic thinking/planning, reinventing organizations, technology transfer, leadership development, continuous process improvement, project management, and human capital development.
A much sought after national speaker, Mr. Moreno has made keynote presentations on topics ranging from high-performance organizations, the 21st Century worker, implementing balanced scorecards, international trade, structured marketing and building competency teams. He is the author of the Creating Value-Driven Strategic Plans Series and creator of the 5 Functional Value Profile linear thinking methodology. He also serves as a clinical professor in the UTEP College of Engineering.
Mr. Moreno is a graduate from the University of Notre Dame and University of Texas at El Paso.
A registered Professional Engineer in Texas, New Mexico, and Iowa, Mr. Archuleta earned BS and MS degrees in Civil Engineering from New Mexico State University and a Master of Management degree from the University of New Mexico. He is currently serving or has served on several civic organizations, including the United Way, the Paso del Norte Health Foundation, the Rotary Club, and the Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce, Paso del Norte Group, El Paso Symphony, Community en Acción and New Mexico State University Academy of Civil Engineers. He is also on the Engineering Advisory Board of New Mexico State University and the University of Texas at El Paso.
