Monica Moreno
President, The Job Connection
Monica Moreno is the President of The Job Connection-a temporary staffing service and The Outsource Connection– a business process outsourcing company that includes inbound customer service contact centers. She connects those with career goals and mentors aspiring entrepreneurs chase their dream of business ownership.
Moreno is a native El Pasoan who started out in the family business in 1994 under a staffing franchise. Monica is a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso. She was awarded a Bachelors of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Human Resource Management in 1996 and a Masters of Business administration in Management in 1999.
Monica has strong ties to the community and currently serves on several boards, including Western Heritage Bank, The Borderplex Alliance, and is Chair Elect 2021 for The El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of Community En Accion and The Rotary Club of El Paso, #119. She received two awards in 2019 from TAMACC recognizing her as a Woman of Distinction and Businesswoman of the Year in the large chamber category.
She is the proud mother of a beautiful daughter who is her greatest accomplishment.
