WORKING TOGETHER TO REVERSE THE COVID LEARNING GAP
The COVID-19 pandemic created substantial learning gaps and challenges for El Paso students, jeopardizing the academic gains they had been making. CREEED applauds the efforts of educators, parents, and students who continue to make education a priority. Together, we can turn things around and ensure that our students, educators, and school leaders have the resources and support they need so that all El Paso students perform at or above grade level and graduate from high school prepared to attend college and excel there.
CREEED is leading efforts to increase educational attainment and improve the success of students in the El Paso region. With an emphasis on “college readiness,” CREEED aims to assure the best preparation for all students in public education and exponentially expand the number of high-performing seats within the system, in order to increase postsecondary attainment.
CREEED’s efforts are focused on increasing the quality of education that students receive in El Paso. Our efforts fall into three categories: Increasing Student Attainment; Increasing Teacher Talent & Leadership Development; and Increasing Parent and Community Engagement.
